The company coined "Guest Experience Management" as a category, arguing restaurants have been guessing their way forward with disconnected tools and need a single platform to combine workflow with first-party guest data.
Superb has raised $14.6M, including a €12M Series A in 2021 led by Kinnevik with participation from SEED Capital, Knight Capital, and other investors. The product spans reservation and CRM, point-of-sale, payment processing, gift card sales, takeaway, and guest marketing – all designed to be GDPR-compliant and natively integrated.
