We are constantly on the lookout for solid businesses that want to push the pedal and protect equity. We talk to many, but far from all - this is where you come in.

A B2B or B2C SaaS company
Over €500k+ in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
A growing business with a current funding need
HQ in Sweden, Germany, Denmark or Finland

Earn up to €3,500

Finders fees

If your introduction leads to a deal, we will give you a €3500 finders fee as a token of our gratitude.

We will also take off €1000  of the clients arrangement fee.

Even if an intro doesn’t end up in a deal right now, we still want to thank you for putting us in touch with a high potential company - with €350. 



And lastly, if your introduction turned out to be out of scope for Gilion, no worries. We encourage you too keep making intros in your ecosystem - it will eventually lead to great things.

€3,500 – Loan Customer Reward

If your introduction leads to a deal you will get a €3,500 finders fee, and €1000 will be removed from the arrangement fee.

€350 – Qualified Lead Reward

When you have made an introduction to a high-potential company, we will reach out after the meeting and set up a transfer of €350.

The process

1. Sumbit

Submit your intro. Make sure the person you enter is informed.

2. Intro

A client executive will reach out so you can make an introduction.

3. Qualification

In the intro meeting we qualify if the company is in scope for Gilion.

4. Reward

If your intro leads to a deal we will reward you with a finders fee.

Why are we doing this?

At Gilion, we've always valued the introductions and recommendations from our founder community, recognizing them as a testament to the trust and confidence in our funding products.

Our Founder Funding Referral Program is our way of formally acknowledging and rewarding these invaluable contributions. It's designed not just to incentivize the sharing of our funding products within your networks but to also reinforce our commitment to supporting innovation and growth within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.By officially rewarding these referrals, we aim to strengthen our community ties and empower founders to help each other thrive, reflecting our belief in mutual success through collaboration.

Which qualify for reward of the program?

Your referral qualifies if they reach the sales qualified lead stage of our investment process when they meet our critereas for an SQL. Also, your referral needs to fulfill the following criteria:

QUALIFICATION CRITEREAS
– A B2B or B2C SaaS company
– Have recurring revenues (e.g., subscriptions) and generates €500k+ in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
– A growing business with a current funding need
– HQ in Sweden, Germany, Denmark or Finland
–  The company is not already a user on the platform
– Referral is aware of your recommendation and open for an intro
– Contact is a decision maker (Ideally Founder, CEO, CFO)

Following the initial meeting between the referred company and our team, both parties must express a mutual interest in proceeding further. This ensures that there is a genuine connection and shared vision for potential collaboration or investment, making the referral more likely to result in a productive partnership.

How will I know if my intro reaches the rewarded milestones?

We track your referrals and will reach out to you once they reach one or more of the rewarded milestones

1. Sales qualified lead or
2. First time customer.

When will I get rewarded and how much?

You will be rewarded with €350 when your lead reaches the sales qualified lead stage. When your lead becomes a customer by receiving funding for the first time you get €3.500

How will the rewards be paid out and when?

Rewards are issued to the company you represent, which may be your own business or the organization you are employed by, as direct payments to individuals are not feasible.

Payments are made through invoicing, requiring the recipient company to submit an invoice to receive the reward. This method ensures a formal and traceable process for both parties involved.

For SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) rewards, the payment process is initiated within 30 days following a successful introductory meeting with the referred individual. This timeframe allows for the necessary administrative procedures, including the processing of the invoice submitted by the recipient company.

For loan rewards, the payout is completed within 30 days after the loan has been successfully disbursed. Similar to SQL rewards, the recipient company must submit an invoice for the reward payment, facilitating a structured and accountable payout process.

This invoicing procedure underscores our commitment to clarity and accountability in the reward process. It ensures that all rewards are distributed in a timely and organized manner, reflecting our appreciation for your valuable contributions and support.

How many people can I refer to you?

You can refer as many people as you want, but not more than one per company

What happens if someone else also submits my intro?

The person who submits the referral first will get rewarded.
